This class is based on powerful physicality, which involves strong, complex and technical sequences in conversation with the floor and air. The class is a representation of control, action, stamina and fearlessness. During this class, we will take a deep dive into the understanding of the anatomy, mechanics & complexity of the dragon-shaped lines that have been transforming along evolutionary timelines to provide efficiency, endurance, and safety.
